Welcome to CFB Gagetown Health Promotion
Good health is a resource for daily living. It is a state of physical, mental and social well being, not just the absence of disease. Good health allows us to complete our daily tasks with vigor and alertness. It allows us to enjoy life, develop and maintain healthy relationships, to withstand challenge and to deal more effectively with challenge and crisis. Good health provides a strong foundation for other values held in high esteem by the culture and traditions of the CF. Values such as teamwork and a sense of mission values that are essential to operational readiness of the CF.
